Archaeological Practice 2015 

From 10th to 24th of August, 11 students of AUCA and 7 students of Manas University have conducted  archaeological fieldwork on the southern part of Issyk-Kul, archaeological site Kensai. The goal of archaeological fieldwork was practical learning and fixation theory. It gave the opportunity to be witnesses of discoveries. During excavation, students found paleolithic culture layer, in a parallel way, the found a lot of surface artifacts, among which cores, flakes and tools were. During their syrvey of vicinity they discovered a lot of burial places of Bronze Age, Medival Period, Early Iron Age.
